    what will happen if we install 32bit Message server on 64 bit machine? Current Message server is running on AIX host with 64 bit. I am trying to move this Message server from AIX to Unix. But I did not get installable with 64 bit from genesys site. If i install Message server with 32 bit will there any impact ? Can someone please help on this?

    Hello Usha,

    on Unix/Linux level the bit version just decide what libraries will be used - so, in this case you have to ensure that all needed libraries and binaries are available and already installed on the system.

    In other hand, always is better to deploy component in bit version equal to the OS bit version.
