    OfflineWorkType1 has been replaced with AfterCallWork after release 6.5 right?. If so who genesys document is recommending this in TotalHandleTime?

    This is still the recommended parameter in the Main Mask configuration of the statistics.   Having said that, Genesys does include this to provide backward compatability with earlier versions of Statserver.
