  • 1.  API methods for GQM

    We'd like to manage call recording on/off from a small application. We're already using AIL for other reasons, but could use PSDK if needed. I cannot find how to control GQM from the SDKs, though, can someone point me toward where to find these methods?

    Hi,

    Neither Agent Interaction Layer nor Genesys Platform SDK do not have GQM protocol implementation (libraries to communicate with the Genesys Quality Management solution). I would advise you to open a case to clarify if GQM protocol support is planned to be added in future releases.
