We get scheduling errors when building schedules for agents with partial time off in our schedule scenario. All shift items are scheduled during the remaining work day. Typically, both breaks are scheduled back to back with the meal. Is there a way to have the approriate amount of shift items scheduled for the day? Or is there something we need to fix in shift item setup?
