With BC enables and 2 Peer SIP servers, has anyone experienced the loss of ACD features after a fail over then a failback scenario? We currently have a set up with a 1 ARM Brocade architecture and BC. 1 Arm is when the request is sent to the load balancer ( Brocade) then the SIP server it's self returns the response direct to the endpoint. Once we fail ove to the peer site we're good, acd features are fine and we're off. Once we failback to the preferred site, ACD features on the polycom do not return although WDE seems to be on task with things.
