Ok, I've followed thie deployment guide for Workbench word for word and the best I can get is for Workbench to show as "started" in GA (we don't have GAX in our environment yet) but whenever I try to go the workbench page (even from the same host) it comes up with "this page can't be displayed" even though it's showing as started. Looking at the logs both karaf and casandra seem to be ok i.e. running. So, my question is, and based on past experiences with Genesys deployment documents, how much "assumed knowledge" is in this guide. I always find there's some key steps either missed completely or glossed over because the writer assumes the person following the guide should just know. So far this has gone anything but smoothly. So, if anyone has any tips of tricks they found to make this thing work I'd love to hear them.
