 Our current IVR platform which uses T1 protocol, In one  the IVR script receives data from Avaya PBX via converse vector steps.

We in process of migrating to Genesys platform on SIP, Is there way to receive data Avaya PBX to IVR script like converse vector steps. Is there any element in Genesys Composer.

Hi:

It sounds to me like you can use attached data from a routing strategy to attach what we call in Genesys Key-Value pairs.  

For instance, when you used converse vector you could pass up to two items - for example ANI and DNIS - inband using DTMF.  In SIP, the ANI and DNIS are already with the call when it arrives in the SIP messaging, but any additional information which may have been attached by an agent or a routing strategy would also be available in the Composer application if it was previously attached.

1.using interaction block in composer;
2.modify common.js in composer java project.

basically,the data is passed by userdata in the sip header(invite or info).

What change is required in common.js? can you please mention. I am looking for the same thing. KVP needs to be passed from urs to composer application.
