  • 1.  Feasibility to check Migration of Voice Application code ( Call Flow ) from GVP 7.6 to GVP 8.5

    Hi Team,

     Is there any feasibility to reuse the GVP 7.6 IVR call flow ( Voice Application Code ) in GVP 8.5. If yes than how and if not upto what version we can use this code as it is or with minor changes.

    using the GVPI inteprtaor option in iVR profile you could run the 7.6 App.
    Need to be thoroughly tested though.
    It is better to rewrite the code in the VXML format for ease of maintainence in the future.

    Please note, that the GVPi is supported only to the version 8.1.4 of MCP component. Higher version (8.1.5+) supporting only NG interpreter.
