A single Classification Server works with a single Contact Server. There is a 1:1 relationship between Classification Server and Contact Server. If there are multiple Contact Servers in your environment, please deploy the corresponding number of Classification Servers.
If the classification and screening logic in your eServices business processes requires categories and screening rules from multiple Contact Servers, please use multiple Classification / MultiScreen objects in the routing strategies of the business processes, one per Classification Server.
