  • 1.  Time off time stamp is ahead of PC time

    Hi, 

    We have been having a few cases when an agent applies for a time off and the time stamp that registers is advanced (eg. time stamp is 0557am but actual PC time is 0540am). We had 5 cases for this and mostly are when the agent chooses to waitlist the request. We have checked computers and all of them are synchronized.

    Any idea why this may be happening and how can we prevent it?

    The time stamp is going to be based on the WFM Server time.
    Please make sure that the agent's PC time and the WFM Server times are correct.
