  • 1.  state.type and state.AgentGroupID does not work for Agent Group

    Trying to use state.type and state.AgentGroupID in custom formula.
    It's always empty :
    - Does it works for Virtual Group ?
    - The statistic have to be CurrentGroupAgentTargetState or CurrentAgentGroupTargetState
    - Can i have some log somewhere to find i it is doesn't works ?

    Environment :
    CCPulse 8.0.200.14 / StatServer 8.1.000.38

    Hi Matthieu,

    Please refer to the 8.0 CCPulse admin guide for information on pages 55-60 for information on custom formulas within CCPulse.

    From the description of the 'type' property of the Object for AgentGroupState and AgentState

    Type of state object. In the 7.5.x release, extended current status
    information is provided only for Agent and Agent Group objects.
    Genesys recommends that you validate an object’s type property as
    AgentState before using other properties of this object.
    If the state object is not available, the value of the type property is
    undefined. In this case, all other properties of the state object will be
    unavailable, which may result in errors.

    In the version of CCPulse you are using you can enable logging however without knowing how you have your formula defined it may not be of use.
