    HI ..

    I have noticed an error "party not invited or invalid ticket identifier - error 47" in IWS while working on email interactions. Can you please let us know what could be the reason for this error message.

    Hi Janakiram

    For this error we would need to examine logs to see the full scenario in order to be able to tell you the reason for this error, the root cause could be various reasons.  Please open a case with customer care and provide the details including what agent app you are using as well as the relevant logs including Interaction Server.
