Having issues getting Instant Messaging going in our LAB to role before rolling out to Production
IWS (agent desktop) show the following error when starting a IM with another agent
ERROR utingBasedMediaVoice - Voice Routing Based Action:'MakeIM' Impossible , the Call Routing Based Number is not defined for the switch 'CommSwtich_LAB'
Within options of IWS the following are set
intercommunication.im.routing-points = 15000@CommSwitch_LAB
broadcast.dn = 15000@CommSwitch_LAB
The routing point 15000 has been created under the applicable SIP switch
Routing Point 15000
Alias = 15000
Has a dummy strategy loaded on it for the moment.
The switch SIP also has a Communication DN setup
Number: CommDN
Alias : CommDN@CommSwitch_LAB
Has the TServer options as follows:
voice - false
sip-signaling-chat - true
mulitmedia - true
