  • 1.  T-Server to provide information of ingress gateway

    Hello 

    I have the following scenario: One Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) with several Cisco Media Gateways. Each Cisco Media Gateways associated to several T1s. I have a Genesys T-Server (8.1.) integrated with my CUCM. I am developing an application using Genesys T-Server SDK that needs to know the IP of the ingress Media Gateway, that is the Media Gateway that physically routed the call. 

    I've been looking all around the SDK events and configurations and cannot find which event would be able to give me that information and/or if I need to set something up on the T-Server itsefl to enable it.

    Any idea is highly welcome.

    Wilmar,

    I did a quick search of the Cisco JTAPI Dev Guide and found no way to get this info.  However, I may have missed it.  You could check directly with Cisco.  If it turns out that JTAPI does provide the info we should be able to pass this on to clients.
