Upon logging on to IWS, my gadget does not launch to the middle of the screen.  Rather it stays on the bottom right corner of the taskbar.  I tried clicking on all the various options to get it to pop up to the middle of the screen and it doesn't.  Never had this happen before.  We have tried 4 different computers with the same results.

You should be able to drag the gadget to anywhere on the screen and as long as the agent has write access to their person object in CME the position will be remembered for the next login.  The position is saved on the Annex tab of the Person object as 'gadget-statistics.window-location'.

Hi,
I guess that your agent does not have write permission to his own object in genesys config server.
