    Would like to know if there is any way to disable the history view of an interaction in IWS? I would like to have CaseData section alone to show when call is delivered to an agent.

    Hello,

    you can achieve that by changing option "interaction.case-data.content" - for further detail check the documentation.

    Hello - I have already tried this option. It just disabled the KVPs showing under History section but still it shows the History section. I would like to remove the History section completely and just enable to show CaseData section alone when call is delivered to an agent.
