    Hi,

    It is possible to mark an email as not read in a workbin?
    It is possible to make a search inside a workbin to find a specific email?

    Email has no status like "NotReady" or something like that -> read the documentation to understand how Genesys works in this field.

    Yes, the searching works on entire interaction database (on main with full-text support, on archive just via mapped attributes)

    When y said not read I meant unread email. It is possible that the agent can mark the emails located in the workbin as unread using the WDE?

    It is possible that the agent can search the emails located in the workbin or make a search filter using the WDE?

    No, there are no funcionality such as "Unread messages". 

    Yes, as I have mentioned, you can search the emails troughout entire eServices solution - follow the documentation to achieve that (there is several approach how to do that)
