    Hi everybody,

    which is the CaseId to valorize the "Section" of the Alert object to show the alert message into the InteractionsErrorView like the attached pic?

    Hi,

    Please open a case to clarify the question.

    You can use "CaseId" value for the section, to display the message at the top of a case view. 

    Please refer to "How can I send an exception through Workspace Desktop Edition's alert system?" in IWs Developer's Guide.
