    Have you set up the adherence rules in the Schedule State to show that they should either be logged out or in a specific aux state?

    Also depending on the version of WFM that you are on. If you use not ready reason codes you cannot add more than one not read reason codes to the state adhernace screen. That is an issue I am having in v.8.1.301.00. We are supposed to be getting a hot fix.
