    While attempting for Outbound Mail, frequently Subject Body is missing. After 2-3 attempts mail goes with Subject Body successfully. What could be causing to miss Subject for Outmails.

    Do you using any own agent application or app provded by Genesys? Try to be more specific in your description.

    Hi Manoj,

    The subject is inserted normally from the create email strategy block.
    Can you post a printscreen of your strategy block where you have this configured? Your agents use IW, WDE or Genesys Desktop?

    Hi Andrei,
    Thanks for your response and apology for late in reply.
    Subjected issue is intermittent. If there was issue with strategy block configuration, it would have affected all outbound mail interaction which is not the case.
    Users are using GMMS Toolbar.
