Hi,

I am using IRD and framework 8.1 with same version of URS. I was trouble calling a webservice in a startegy, i have checked the port is also open on which the webservice is running. I am unable to get a route request. Do we have to configure anything on Genesys side for webservices to work?

Try to post screenshot of your webservices block within the strategy. What say log while the webservice block is calling? In general, you should define and configure the options within section "web" on URS application object

Thanks for the reply.  These are the screen shotsThese are the screenshots for my webservice and my URS web configs. The error I get in URS Logs are _I_E_00780270d668300b [09:04] error in strategy: 0015 Closed server (GetHttpRequestInfo)
What am i missing , please guide

Did you restart the URS after the "web" section was added? It requires restart. In case, when the restart was made, try to check the log of URS HTTP bridge from begin to find out any other error during initialization.

No error was found and I did restart URS after. Http port is also open which is mentioned

Did you check for possible port conflict or something like that? Try to set te logging of HTTP bridge to maximum details and check the logs again. If no success, open a #SR on support.

Did you get any update on the issue?
