    Hi, may I know what is EventESDKUCSUpdate? How can I use it? I can't fid this event in the logs. Thanks.

    where do you encountered this method? Never hear about it. Maybe some method/namespace which is currently deprecated.

    Hi Jakub,

    I encountered this when WDE receive an inbound email. However, this event can't be found in the Interaction Server logs.

    Hi,

    I do not think so that the EventESDKUCSUpdate is any relevant method related to the IXN or UCS. Maybe it is coming from WDE log or modules only.  What dou you want to achieve on UCS level?
