I need to know how to export from a pulse widget template / dashboards test environment and import them into a production environment.
Anyone knows?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, this is not possible. When a dashboard is created in Pulse, it also creates some files on the Pulse Collector internal database. This would make replication impossible from one environment to another and even from one person to another in the same environment.

Hi Andrei, we need the same! Is there already existing an Feature Request for this Point? It's a very big effort every time to create new Custom Templates at every Customer.
I hope Genesys has this Feature in the Roadmap?

Further Import/Export funcionality has been added in release 8.5.106.02
