  • 1.  Want to disable workbin to workbin transfer option from IWS

    Hi All,
    While checking interaction into workbin, post selecting any interaction below options are available to take the action :
    Move To Queue
    Move to Wokbin
    Reply
    Reply All
    Open
    Print
    Mark Done

    While selecting "Move To Workbin" option Agent can transfer the Interaction to Other Agent's Workbin.

    Is there any possible way to get the track details of such internal transfers.
    Or how can we disable this Option to avoide internal transfer of Interaction.

    Hi,

    You can do so by disabling this right from Roles. Find the Role to which that agent is assigned to and then go to Genesys Administator in Accounts - Roles - <your role> - and then uncheck the right allowing the Move to workbin.
