we are trying to set up a lab with the IW features on to it i am not sure if we can have the feature of consult in queue option incorporated.Please help me know if we can do that in Genesys

    We have set up a test with the IW . i am not sure if we can have the feature of consult in queue option incorporated.Please help me know if we can do that in Genesys.

    That is when i try to consult call can i select a queue as an option in IW instaed of selecting soem other agent. If yes how can i do that

    Hi Ruchi, you can certainly create a consult call with Workspace that targets a Queue and this should not require any special modifications out of the box.  In Team Communicator you can actually change the Search criteria from All Types to Queue to just search queues.  The only thing that I can see that might be causing you an issue is if you do not have the Role Privileges 'Can Serach All' not set to Allowed.  If you are still having issues please open a Case with support and provide your Workspace options and a log covering an attempt to consult with a queue.

    I have a querry to ask if i want to configure any application on my desktop wid genesys what all details i would be the details we will need to configure.
    Like will the application name be enough ?
