I keep getting error: no matching resources for this service type [Service Type: voicexml] even though I have a Resource Group for SIP and MCP.?

  • 1.  I keep getting error: no matching resources for this service type [Service Type: voicexml] even though I have a Resource Group for SIP and MCP.?

    I've searched on the error: 

     no matching resources for this service type [Service Type: voicexml]

    The response seems to be there is no Resource Group  for SIP and MCP to connect with RM.  I created them, but I still get this error. Is there any other problem that could cause this error?

    Due to the detail we would need, this issue would be best handled in a case.
