    I need to be able to listen to incoming chats using PSDK 8.5

    I have connected to the InteractionServer and created an agent that was able to log in.

    I only recieve messages that are coming from the Agent Workspace, such as "status changed to do not disturb".

    I'm unable to recieve messages sent to the agent or messages sent from the agent.

    How would I go about doing this?
