Hi Tommy, Could be cause for several different reasons if it happens, would need logs and example to determine root cause, but did find following as examples:
- From Rel Notes:
Release Number 8.1.401.30 [01/31/14] – Hot Fix
Inbound HTML-formatted e-mail interactions that have extremely large values specified for the width of table borders no longer causes the E-Mail interaction to be displayed as blank. (IW-8113)
- could be related to problem with computer resources.
- one customer downgraded .Net framework from 4.0 to 3.5 SP1 to resolve. Maybe review IWS prerequisits
Recommend if you open a case to provide IWS log with following settings:
Log.psdk = standard
Log.esdk = all
Log.verbose = all
And provide example with screenshot to go with and maybe ucs in debug mode as well if related to multimedia type interaction (i.e. email, chat, etc...).
