WE have a situation where we remove a person from a specific group and the system (urs) continues considering the user to the call. we saw on the config manager logs that the change is being performed well on the DB but for some reason is not keeping this change on memory as I do not how the other componers checks who is the person to use to route the call in this case.
Can anyone provide some direction ? We've stop the config manager service and the urs services and did not help.
