Hi all,

i have to give to the customer the pulse link, but i don't want to let him to see the GAX tab and Proactive Engagement tab, how can i do it?

So, just set the roles permission for specific users/access group, where you will allow just the Pulse part of GAX instance, all others plugins and parts (configuration, etc.) should be disabled.

but i don’t understand where i have to set permissions, both Person, Access Group and Role have minimal Permissions ( Person and Role have Default and Users, Access Group only default ), privileges assigned to Role are only “PULSE READ” and “PULSE_WRITE_TAB”.

No permissions, but the rights within specific role. Each user should have any role linked to define what actions will be allowed/disallowed for particular users based on his login. So, just check the role for your user and set the rights to see just the Pulse plugin part of GAX and not the others parts of GAX. To  learn more, check the roles definition and how it works.
