Hi,

I have some routing configuration parameters in Transaction Objects (List) that can be used in our routing strategies.

I wanted to configure new parameters this time using Routing Parameters in GAX because it looks more suitable. But after having create a new Routing Parameter I cann't see how to access it from routing strategy (IRD) or anywhere else.

I would like to know how to access them because I cannot find any information regarding to them, only documentation but it doesn't clarify too much for me and I would like to know if they can be useful.

I can give you some quick steps on how to associate the Routing Parameter you have created to an application such as IRD:

Log into GAX and create the new parmeter:
--> Operations --> Parameters ...create and save

Next you want to associate the new Parameter with an application
--> Operations --> Group Templates
from here you will select the template you have just created and Click "Deploy"
- Name the Parameter Group
- Select the Tenant
click "NEXT"

Associate Application
here is where you will associate the application ie: IRD or Composer, you may select from list.
once completed click "Finish"

Now you should be able to see this new routing parameter in IRD.

I am not able to see the applications in the associated applications list. Would you suggest.
