With respect to the question itself what do you mean by "complete Interaction Workspace API Reference"? I mean what is your expectation exactly? What criteria you evaluate the completeness by?

Thank you for your response. By complete API reference I mean a full list of all the classes and public methods of the libraries, preferrably with descriptions. Is there such a thing?

There is no document like that, but it is not necessary - you can find out these information within DEV tool where you can see them in any "object browser". Visual Studio and Eclipse for example allows this.

 I need "Platform SDK 8.1 for Java API Reference" documentation. Could you please send me the link or website to download this file.
