We are using WFM version 8.1.3 and have noticed that when an agent is tracked for time off and we run a schedule states total report, the time off is being doubled in the report. For example, if an agent is tracked for 2 hours of vacation time on a day and we run a report, it shows that the total duration is 4 hours. Is this a defect in the system? We have checked the set up and everything looks correct.
