    Hello.

    I have a problem every time that me want to create a object in Genesys Administrator. The problem is:

    Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

    In another hand, I think that this problem is the cause of other problem, but Im no sure. When I want publish a project done in DemoServer, I have this problem:

    Reason: Error occurred when creating object! We received null event as a result.

    Hi Angel,
    This may indicate a problem with your configuration database.  You should first validate that your database is operational and can be connected to with your DBMS client (such as SQL Plus if using Oracle).  In addition to this, you should check to make sure your database has enough hard drive space to function.

    If this does not help, please open a Case with Customer Care for further review.
