  • 1.  asa showing zero in scenario

    I am generating a schedule scenario using profile agents, and most of the increments are showing zero ASA's and CSL's when I know the center to be short staffed significantly on those days. Any idea what is causing that?

    ?Are those intervals showing a understaffed situation?
    ?Did you select an ASA when you were building the forecast that the schedule scenario is being run against?

    Hi Tom. Right, we used the CSL/ASA objective in the staff build process. I event went back and added a specific ASA objective. And still what we get is zero's for ASA. These zero's are broken up by the occaisional 800+ second ASA for one increment. Where I am seeing those is when I show the performance information from the options tab.

    If I change the staffing so that CSL gets to zero, the ASA goes to zero. Outside of that circumstance, ASA's will always appear. Should I be looking at the wfm server, specifically the forecastservice section? Specifically, we dont have a servicelevelmethod defined. Im wondering if not allowing abandoned interactions to be considered might be impacting this.
