    Hi All,

    I am looking for help to understand what are the Genesys SDK best suited for the Browser Based Genesys SoftPhone development. If any existing architecture of the same is avialble it will be great help.

    Hi,

    I would advise you to open a case to clarify the question. As to PSDK there is no note about "best practices" with respect to web (HTTP) technologies stack.
