  • 1.  Call transfer to group: Routing base-point is not defined for the sip switch

    Hello,

    i'd like to transfer a call to an agent group or skill. In both cases i receive the error: Action Failed. The Routing base-point is not defined for the switch.
    A transfer to particular agent works fine. As well non-voice interaction transfer to group or skill. 

    Any advice?

    Hi Max,

    It looks like you have not set the option: 

    intercommunication.voice.routing-points

    Also have a look at the IW 8.5.1 WDE Deployment Guide in the section 

    'Enabling Team Communicator Calling Features'
