The IW Workspace is showing to the agents only when the call is accepted (or established in case of AutoAnswer).
Is there any way to show the workspace before that? (On EventRinging)

I realized that, so I just replaced the ToasterWindow with a Custom View which displays to the Agent on EventRinging all the required custom information. This View also provides Answer and Reject functionality using Platform SDKs.
