we have following challenge.
We are using GIA in conjunction with Dialog-Flow and have the Genesys Chat Widget placed on customer's web-site.
The customer has now the requirement, that the Chat-Widget should display something like "Bot typing", when the Bot is gathering data to send a result back. I saw an Idea placed for supporting something like this (https://genesysengage.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ENDIG-I-634), but the idea is still in "Community Review" and it doesn't seem that there will change anything in the near future.
Is there any guidance how we could achieve this through existing GIA and Chat Widget features?
Did anyone here implement a similar feature where the customer can see in the Chat Widget, that the Bot is typing or "thinking"?
Any idea or input is appreciated.
