Hello,
On Genesys Engage platform.
We have recently upgraded to GAX v9.0 (from 8.5.2).
However we are now unable to perform a large agent export, so can do a few records or 100 but when trying with 400+, it just downloads a blank file.
This is something we could do previously so look like a v9.0 problem.
Anyone else experienced this?
