    Hello everyone, I want to write an application and use Genesys Engage SDKs to change the status of other agents. Normally I can do this with TServer methods such as RequestAgentReady, RequestAgentNotReady. However, I cannot change the status of another Agent if I do not register with that DN. What I want is a person like Supervisor to be able to log in and change the status of other agents.
