Happy Friday! I think I am in the right community for this question. June 14th has a bunch of cool releases. The one I would like to get more information on is the Improved dashboard create and edit options. It states it will provide a more intuitive, consistent workflow. This feature enables administrators and supervisors to create and edit performance dashboards quickly and easily. This feature has no restriction by user or required user to access.
I found the idea that prompted the release Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal #ANLS-I-1034 which has a PDF of a study. What is being added next week? Everything from the study?
