    Hello,

     I have configured several KVP to be collected from the routing into the infomart. One specific key (EXTERNAL_MESSAGE_ID) which comes from the exchange server. This field is mandatory for each email so it cannot be empty. Still it is collected only in aprox 50% of cases. The rest are NO_VALUE.

     I have configured the ccon_adata file in ICON as:

    <key name="Header_Message-ID" source="userdata" history="all"/>

    I can see this key in icon database (G_USERDATA_HISTORY) all the time.. is never empty.

    In GIM I have configured as:

    UD_KEY_NAME    UDE_TABLE_NAME    UDE_COLUMN_NAME    PROPAGATION_RULE    DEFAULT_VALUE    ACTIVE_FLAG    CONVERT_EXPRESSION
    Header_Message-ID    USER_DATA_GEN_DIM_1    DIM_ATTRIBUTE_3    CALL    NO_VALUE    1    NULL

    still when I'm looking in the USER_DATA_GEN_DIM_1 table, in half of the cases it is NO_VALUE.

    I've tried with the propagation rule PARTY and it was not better.

    Anyone can help with this config?
