  • 1.  External DNC check during Manual DIaling

    Hello,

    We have received the request for performing the External DNC check when Agent is making manual Outbound dialing. In case dialed number is present in the DNC table, then call should not be allowed to dial.

    Please suggest the approach if it's possible in Genesys Engage setup

    Hi,
    You can try to add prefix when dialing a number and route it to a Route Point via dial plan so that it will go to a routing strategy and from there, you can play with DNC table using Database Wizard block. once routing strategy is done and the number is not in DNC, you can route it back to SIP Server using TRoute function.
