  • 1.  Failed to Build Target List

    Hello Community,

    Last couple of days system report the following issue (on Universal Routing Server): Skill list is empty. Failed to Build Target for Workitem: 06A0Q338CPT6RMP3.

    What could this be related to? Where should I look for the missing skills?

    Above alarm occurs max two times a day.

    Part of the log from URS:

    Check mentioned in log strategy - getRoutingTargets_006.

    See place where it logs the error message and how it trying to build target list (from what pieces) before error message is printed.

    Check the strategy itself - run IRD, open strategy, find place where variables _skill1, _lvl1, etc are set (about the same place where Print function logging the error is invoked). check what function(s) are used to get value for _skill1 and try to find out why the function(s) return empty value.
