Dear Team,

We are using the Gplus adapter for ServiceNow UTAH.

The Adapter has the following prerequisites:

• Engage Cloud must be enabled.
• ServiceNow with the OpenFrame plugin must be installed.

In the open-frame setup after installing the GPlus adapter, the below configuration is defined.
Key - instance, Value - Default - none, Description - The full Genesys Engage cloud GWS tool kit url including full path to api.js

But we cannot find that app.js mentioned in the documentation.
Where do we find this api.js or how to set up this configuration. Any help will be much appreciated.
