    IRD Application is not getting loaded and is not responding after few minutes.

    It is too generic question to have a single answer.
    A lot of extra information is required.
    To start with:

     Was IRD able to start before, and if yes then any changes in configuration since then?
     Do you have some other configurations (config servers) to which IRD started on the same host able to start (to find out is it the issue of configuration that IRD connect to or of host where IRD is running)?

    >> Yes IRD was able to start before. No config changes just Objects (users,Dn's) got increased.

     Do you have some other configurations (config servers) to which IRD started on the same host able to start (to find out is it the issue of configuration that IRD connect to or of host where IRD is running)?

    >> I have tried on multiple host same issue observed pointing to same config server

    If some objects were added/changed and it results in IRD becoming unresponsive, it will be necessary to find out what changes do it.

    It usually means some "trials and errors" aproach
       - disabling in IRD reading of some types of objects (like users, or DNs, etc) and check will IRD start or not - to find out which type of objects result in the issue (for example persons). Disabling of type of object IRD read easier to do if it is possible to successfully start IRD on some may be differnt config server, otherwise it requires manipulating the registry on host where IRD runs.
       - if type of object resulting problem is known create user in config with limited subset of objects (say half of persons) it can see (using permissions).
         Start IRD on behalf of this user and with extending/shrinking set of the objects try to locate which objects are responsible.
      - looking at IRD logs might also be helpfull.
