Is it possible with platform SDK retrieve info about agent conection?
Example:
Code a daemon that connect to Sipserver or Config Server and get from via platform SDK the following info:
- List of connected endpoints
- IP address used by connected endpoints
I know on Sip Server logs, it register some lines like "<wde app name>_<genesys username> (<client ip address>:<port>)". But parse logs could not be the best option, so we wonder if using platform SDK coudl retrieve some info.
