Genesys is constantly updating its user interface to follow industry trends and standards. We are excited to announce the upcoming new agent-facing Canned Responses panel.
In approximately 90 days, agents can access a new Canned Responses panel. The new panel offers improved usability and is more intuitive. Note that this UI refresh includes only style enhancements related to usability and does not include any major functional changes or feature additions.
