Hi!

Normally I login to Genesys customercare Support site to download Engage installation packages. This entire web UI changed and I don't see any Downloads section!

¿where did they leave the Engage downloads?

yes, the UI changed, apparently some time yesterday, and I've spent quite some time today looking for the download section; I've just found it, here's the link:

Hi Rodrigo,

This has already been reported to Genesys UI DEV. While our developers are working to put the Download center into the new Support Center page, please use the below URL to access the Download center via the old UI. This will be deactivated once the Download center missing issue in the new UI is fixed.

I logged into Customer Care and can download Engage applications.  Sabine's link is the same one I see when browsing to the Download section under Resources on the left hand side.
